Samantha and her family got to hang out with R-Pattz in his Sydney hotel — and then got to walk the red carpet for the premiere of his movie, Water for Elephants.

Sabyasachi wants Rani Mukherjee & Vidya Balan for his directorial venture

Having designed costumes for movies like Black (2005), Baabul (2006) , Laaga Chunari Mein Daag (2007), Paa (2009), Raavan (2010) and Guzaarish (2010), apart from his line of clothing under his brand name, Sabyasachi Mukherjee is a name well-known in the tinsel town. Now, the designer has decided to step into some real action by stepping into the field of direction as he finishes with the script.

Mukherjee says, “I have completed my script with all the finishing touches. And I am very satisfied with the outcome. The only problem is that I have been too busy with my other fashion-related assignments to take up the film.

Whenever I decide to start filming, I will approach Vidya and Rani for the parts. And fortunately, I share very special equations with both of them. And I know I can always bank on their support. We understand each others’ sensibilities very well.”

Mukherjee is at present busy with quite a few fashion shows including the finale at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week in Delhi. He says, “You can understand what my state of mind will be right now. I am running around trying to come up with impressive and different collections for both the fashion weeks.”

Priyanka Chopra’s figure is too sexy for her character

This is perhaps for the first time that a director has to use a body double because the actress is too sexy and too perfect for a dare bare scene. This happened with the director Vishal Bhardwaj when he had to shoot a bare back scene with actress Priyanka Chopra in ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’.

The scene has Priyanka play a 38 year old woman who is out of her mind and wants assurance of her beauty. So, she drops her gown when the Naseeruddin Shah’s son Vivaan’s character goes in her room. But Priyanka has too toned perfect back for a 38 year old woman and so the director decided to go for a body double instead.

Priyanka will be playing the role of a thirty-eight year old lady in that particular scene of ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ with Vivaan and yes, Vivaan doesn’t play her lover in the film.

Aishwarya is not comfortable with her steamy scene in ‘Guzaarish’ with Hrithik

Sources reveal that Aishwarya has had a debate with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali over deleting the scene from the film and though the filmmaker is not sure whether or not to have it removed from ‘Guzaarish’, chances are there that the hot and intimate scene would be removed in the best interests of everyone.

'Tees Maar Khan' director Farah Khan is going all out to make her film as entertaining as possible. After creating six different looks for Katrina Kaif in an item song 'Sheela Ki Jawani' in 'Tees Maar Khan', the director has now decided to add a qawali in the film.

Farah Khan has roped in her current favourite Salman to do a qawali in the film. The close hand reveals that the song will be on line to the 'Main Hoon Na' number which goes like 'Tujh Se Mil Ke Dil Ka Hai Jo Haal Kya Kare'.

Insiders also revealed that the song will be shot by the end of this month, after Farah completes the entire shoot of the film.

It's also believed that the film's crew is waiting to shoot this interesting song, since it brings in both Salman and Katrina Kaif together in one frame after a long time. No one can ever forget their last 'Just Chill' act that was quite a roar some time back.

Well the audience will definitely go wild with frenzy when the deadly combo of the lovely Katrina with her beau Salman and her lucky charm Akshay will sizzle the screen by their presence.

Katrina Kaif Making Enemies In The Industry

Katrina Kaif may be the darling of one of the biggest production houses of Bollywood - Yash Raj Films - but, she has been rubbing a lot of people the wrong way recently.

Katrina Kaif refused films with Anees Bazmee - Thank You, Abbas Mustan - The Italian Job remake, and now she has said no to Prakash Jha - Aarakshan, who gave her the super hit Raajneeti. Katrina had signed the film soon after the release of her multi-starrer box-office hit Rajneeti directed by Prakash Jha. Aarakshan is a political thriller that focuses on issues of reservation.

Filming is scheduled to start at the end of 2010 in Bhopal. The film additionally co-stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgan.

Katrina is known to be very professional. However, of late she has been committing to projects and then backing out. It all started with Anees Bazmee's Thank You which she had agreed to doing, but opted out at the last minute. Anees was furious but kept quiet.

Then, Abbas-Mustan waited for eight months to start shooting, only to have her walk out of their film. The director duo blasted her in print. Now she has walked out of Prakash Jha's Aarkshan which she had agreed to do earlier. This has shocked Jha but he is maintaining a dignified silence.

Katrina is making enemies in the industry. All these directors have given her hit films. Bazmee gave her Welcome and Singh is Kinng when she was a nobody. The competition is heating up with Sonam, Deepika and Sonakshi, but Katrina seems to be on a different trip altogether.

Katrina will soon begin filming for Yash Raj Film's next project with co-stars Imran Khan and Ali Zaffar. The film is helmed by debutant Ali Abbas Zafar.

Katrina Kaif To Get Tattoo

The prettiest lady in tinsel town is set to get inked. Katrina Kaif will be sporting a grungy look in the Yash Raj Film's next venture that will have her paired with Imran Khan for the first time.

Zafar is a debutant director who will be directing the actress along with Imran Khan in Yashraj's next untitled venture. The charming actress is donning an edgy look for it.
Tattoos are forever but the actress is not willing to get inked for life. Katrina Kaif will play a rebel in the film sporting a grungy punk look. And to add spice to her image, the director has asked her to get abstract tattoos inked.

For this Ali Abbas had shortlisted 20-25 designs, and Katrina chose abstract designs over animals or human sketches which would go with her rebsellious character. But as said, the tattoos will be for temporary purpose.

As a matter of fact, the actress likes tattoos but is scared of the needles. But like they say - anything to get in the skin of the character - for the moment Katrina is comfortable to get inked temporarily.

Aamir Khan is known to get into the skin of the character he plays. This is all the more evident in the latest Tata Sky commercial which sees Aamir playing a milkman.

The commercial, in a funny way, shows Tata Sky's new feature which allows customers a subscription holiday once a year. Like his previous avatars, Aamir once again seems completely in character as he plays a milkman who argues with a customer who is willing to pay for only the days he was in town. Aamir in turn explains that the cow who gives milk doesn't know that the customer was on vacation and hence asks him to pay for the whole month's milk supply.

After seeing the commercial, one thing is certain that this actor truly deserves the tag of 'Mr. Perfectionist'.

Priyanka ready for race 2

After a great review and good response to Race, director duo Abbas-Mustan and producer Ramesh Taurani (Tips) are set to return with its sequel. The casting of Race 2 has been a much talked about in the industry. Buzz was that Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and John Abraham were a part of the project while the leading ladies were yet to be decided.

But the latest gossip is that Priyanka Chopra has been signed for one of the leading roles.

Confirming this, producer Ramesh Taurani says,

“Yes Priyanka Chopra has been finalized for Race 2 while we are still on the look out for 2 more heroines.” On being asked, whom the actress was paired opposite, Taurani said, “That you will have to wait and watch as Race 2 is also full of twists and turns.”

The director also confirmed that Saif is a part of the project denying all rumours that he had quit. He along with Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, and now Priyanka Chopra are the actors who are confirmed on board.

Katrina has unique role in the Dabangg movie

Bollywood actor Salman Khan organised a special screening of his much-hyped film Dabangg last Saturday. Many celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Karisma Kapoor, Manoj Kumar, Kunal Kapoor, Imran Khan, Avantika and others attended it.

However, Katrina Kaif’s absence raised the eyebrows of many, as speculations of their split have been rife of late.Special screening of Dabangg was held for its unit, and Katrina was also invited. However, the actress could not make it, as she was busy shooting with Akshay Kumar for Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan at Film City. Produced by Arbaaz Khan and directed by Abhinav Kashyap, Dabangg features Salman and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. It is scheduled for release this Friday, September 10.

Abhishek wants child from Ash

This is not the first time Abhishek Bachchan has revealed his desire to have two kids from his wife Aishwarya Rai. The last somewhat similar admission came almost a year back. Month after month has clocked by but there’s no sign of stork paying the couple a visit.

Now, in the September issue of GQ magazine, Abhishek says he’s not comfortable when asked when he and Ash would have kids. But he added that he would love to have two kids.

“I’ll be happy with two kids. I mean, I have me and my sister, so maybe that’s where it comes from. I feel these are blessings of God, and it should just happen as and when. You know, whenever it’s meant to be. I am against the whole thing of "Let’s plan it", you know, "We’re trying for a baby." I find that a bit weird,” he candidly revealed.

The actor, who has also posed for the magazine’s cover, added that he finds questions about Ash’s possible pregnancy intrusive.

“I find it very intrusive. I really don’t want to know when other people are having babies; why would you want to know when I’m having babies?” he said.

Shahid and Kareena are back together once again…

Remember how Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor avoided shooting together for the patch work of their much delayed and now flopped film Milenge Milenge?

It’s clear that the two ex lovers have been avoiding each other likea deadly disease. But now, if things go as planned director Siddharth Malhotra whose first film We Are Family opened at theaters this Thursday might bring the two exes together.

Siddharth had originally planned his second film with Kajol. But since the actress will be on a maternity break from work for about a year and a half, the director has penned another script, a father-daughter comedy.

Siddharth hopes to rope in Rishi Kapoor and his niece Kareena, as father and daughter in the film. For the romantic angle (with Kareena obviously) the director might rope in Shahid who is his very good friend.

“I was the Associate Director of ‘Vivah’. Shahid and I have been close since then. Now we’re even closer. I really value his judgement,” Malhotra is quoted as saying by a news agency.

Malhtora added that he will approach Shahid for the role only after getting the script approved from Karan Johar whom he calls his ‘guru’.

Tango time for Priyanka Chopra

And is trying to master the steps. This is the first time she is learning to learn a special dance form for a film. She's has always always loved watching people do the intricate steps in English films and is quite excited about being trained by a professional tango dancer.

Making efforts The dance is important to the script (perhaps like the one in Scent Of A Woman) which is why PC is making the effort to master the dance rather than do an impromptu jig on the sets. Says an insider, "Vishal is very particular about every minute detail. When he wrote the scene, he was very clear that his leading lady had to perform the tango like an expert."

The actress won't be seen doing the dance with any of her on-screen husbands like John Abraham, Naseeruddin Shah, Irrfan Khan or others. "She dances with a supporting character. Since the tango is all about chemistry between the partners, PC has been making efforts to involve the actor in the rehearsals as well."

Priyanka confirms, "Yes, I am learning the tango and quite excited about it."

What is the tango? Tango is a dance that has influences from Spanish and African culture. Dances from the candomble ceremonies of former slave peoples helped shape the modern day Tango. The dance originated in lower-class districts of Buenos Aires. The music derives from the fusion of various forms of music from Europe.
