When we got our hands on the two after the show, they were far from being upset and are excited about the rest of the season, the trip and what is to come.
"And 'bittersweet to leave this stage of the competition," said Jess. "We have been on display for quite a while 'time so it's hard, but it's almost over though. Two weeks! This is a blink of an eye. I think it was an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities. [The future ] I return to New York, work, hopefully get another show I'd like to be part of and branching out to other things. I'd like to do choreography and singing and acting. You never know what is in front of you, but this that happens is a reason. "
"After the visit, I like to get into film and singing for a while and have not had the opportunity because I am a dancer," Jordan said. "It would be great to get into that and be in this industry. I love it."
Talking with the judges after the show, they explained their decision to let Jess and Jordan go.
"Well, we all knew when we hit the top 10, it would be difficult," judge Mary Murphy said. "They are all really good dancers. Tadd and Jess both had great solos. So what would you do? Somewhat narrowly missed another. Tadd is out with a solo completely different and kind of shocked us! Tadd really fighting for his life and showed us another side. It's a little easier. "
"We were with different ideas. We were unanimous in a very short period of time," said Nigel Lythgoe. "We all believe that girls have a very bad tonight. Caitlynn We returned to tango. Mary reminds us how brilliant he was in Caitlynn tango and I think we've highlighted some more. "
As soon as the end approaches, Nigel does not share his thoughts, you will hear the final four.
"We probably will end up with Marko and Sasha and Melanie and the other in the final," he said. "That's what all the votes have been all these weeks. There is nothing, especially when they are getting better, which leads me to believe that will change in any way. So who is going to be other guys?"
Mary said she thought it might be a wildcard like Ricky to take the final point.
"For me, Ricky is a black horse that comes under the radar," he said. "I think it's pretty amazing, offering incredible duos in the competition. I have great respect for Ricky serious, and he has that cute boyish charm that I do not think we should underestimate."
However, guest judge Rob Marshall feels Tadd still may be better to go the entire distance.
"My gut tells me Tadd has more of an advantage, because it is different and has a unique place," he said. "When you look at Mark and Ricky have this incredible technique of ballet. Here they come. Tadd just a different place and I think that is acceptable because it is different."
