A Man Who Fled From Jeffrey Dahmer Was Arrested For The Death Of Struggle
Tracy Edwards, 52 and homeless, was arrested on Tuesday after the fight that led to his downfall in the Milwaukee River and die. Office of Milwaukee County District Attorney said that a review of the evidence, so that a possible murder charge.

Milwaukee police said, Edwards and two other homeless men were involved in a dispute with one of the men fell into the Milwaukee River from a bridge. Another homeless man jumped from the bridge to save him, police said.
A spokesman for the police refused to share details, but said the case was referred to the prosecutor's office. An official of the unit assassinate the district attorney, said that consideration of this matter may take several days to complete.
Twenty years ago this month, the Milwaukee police found Edwards, half-naked and handcuffed in part, on the road near the apartment Dahmer. Edwards told police he had just escaped from Dahmer's apartment and took them there.
Police arrested that night Dahmer after finding the body parts in his refrigerator, and human remains all over his apartment.
Dahmer, who thinks he raped, killed and dismembered as many as 17 boys and men often have sex before eating their remains, and later sentenced to 15 murders.
It 'died in prison after the prisoner of a man to win his broomstick in 1994.
Edwards, criminal record, has had several brushes with the law of medications over the years.
