Fantasy Football 2011: Looking For This Year Arian Foster

Fantasy Football 2011: Looking For This Year Arian Foster
Now that we know, there really will be the 2011 NFL season, there's only one thing to do:
Start breaking chooses potential fantasy football, of course.
Right now, every fantasy football manager tries to predict who will Arian Foster (notes) in 2011. You know, the guy who is not really on the radar of anyone, but eventually will have one year monster in Fantasyland.
One year after having just done the most draft boards, most of the Fantasy Football rankings prior to Foster's that I've seen, the general first or second. He earned the ranking: Foster rushed and 1616 meters, and a large 16 touchdowns for the Texans in their NFL sophomore season in 2010.
With Foster in the mix enters the draft this year, the board is too heavy on the back of ongoing trials, including Adrian Peterson Minnesota Vikings and Tennessee Titans Chris Johnson. And do not forget Michael Turner (notes), Jamaal Charles (notes) and Ray Rice (notes), which must take into consideration the head of the top-10 list in the project.
There are a lot of talented running back position, for sure, but to find the next Foster is a difficult task, since it is likely, the guy that really blows in 2011, will be presented to the back or a guy who is at least more than hindsight Foster was then going for the 2010 season.
I have my eye on another couple of years ago, in particular, but not exactly surprising success stories, if both are switched off in 2011: Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back LeGarrette Blount (Notes) and the Detroit Lions back Jahvid Best ( notes).
As a former Pac-10 Conference boys, Blount Oregon and Cal, the best pair find themselves in positions to produce in 2011.
Blount is coming off a rookie season in which ran for 1007 yards and six touchdowns, accounted for all 30 meters, but all week Blount did not play at all 7 weeks 1, 2 and 6, and had only 10 in all , a position that the proportion of the first 72 meters, bringing 11 weeks 7 When Blount was still a free agent after the season, it was definitely adheres to it after two touchdown, 120-yard Week 8 performance was followed by victory in Arizona .
Thurs like Blount and his physical appearance, and I think he is ready to take a major step in 2011. Although not as a way to get the best game as was the Lions in 2010 (Blount had just five receptions for 14 yards as a rookie), it is both insidious and powerful, six-foot, 247 pounds. It's a shame running backs do not get stitches for extra jump over defenders.
Best had a solid rookie season, rushing for 555 yards and four touchdowns, and catch the 58 going for 487 yards and two touchdowns despite the fighting over a toe injury grass. What is frustrating for the rookie campaign of fantasy owners was the best who rushed for 108 yards and those four scored rushing TDs in week 1 and 2, and therefore did not meet again Paydirt on earth the rest of the road.
Best Week 2 starts against the Philadelphia Eagles is indicative of what I'm looking for big things from him this season. He carried 17 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns and caught nine passes for 154 yards and a touchdown.
Lions made a presentation Rookie running back Mikel LeShoure (notes), and Kevin Smith (notes) and Maurice Morris (Notes) are still the same roster, but I like more: the prospects for 2011, taking into account similar to Blount, would rather be in the system, and has good hands, making him a great weapon now welcome Matthew Stafford (Notes) Detroit make pass-friendly.
There are many running backs that will be available in the project beyond the first or second round, and Blount and Best are just two of them, I look out in 2011.
